Flower Printing with Liquid Watercolors

Beautiful flowers are blooming just about everywhere now! It's kind of sad that flowers don't last very long. You can enjoy the flowers for quite a while by making prints using watercolors!

Memorial Day Flowers

Don't let the rainy weather get you down this Memorial Day weekend! Spend some time creating these tissue paper flowers. Use red, white, and blue tissue paper for a patriotic theme or be creative and use pink, yellow, purple, or whatever color you wish to create a beautiful center piece for your table. Daffodil Candy Cup

These Daffodil Candy Cups are super easy to make with coffee filters, food coloring and paper cups.  I originally saw these on the Martha Stewart website.  If children are making these use white glue instead of the hot glue gun; it works just as well.
Try making these in other colors. They would make great birthday party decorations in pinks, oranges and reds and yellows!
