Ice Mandala
Here is a really "cool" craft that takes a little bit of patience, but the end results are really fun to see! To make ice mandalas you can use a disposable pie plate and almost anything you can think of for decorations. Follow the link to a brief tutorial and lots of great pictures for some ideas!
